I went in to get my heat fixed I asked for a heater core flush. They came out told they couldn't do the flush because my coolant had a leak. So they told me two things needed to be repaired before a flush could be done. They told me the price so I said fine long as it will fix my heat. They claim I declined a diagnostic when it was never brought up on either end. I knew what was wrong because I had previously taken it to a Dodge dealership. Our daughter took her truck on Saturday for a front end alignment. They said they couldn't do it and then charged her $30. They didn't do any work on it and yet wouldn't give her the keys until she paid. Rip off!
