I have been using Firestone services more than 10 years in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. They deserve 5 stars, but I met a couple of time, some associates who didn't care about customers. I believe they were new in the store and they just want their career by trying to sell services that don't really matter. But Overall, I like Firestone services, the mechanics and the store managers are most of the time friendly. One mechanic even played guitar to entertain customers. That is very good.
