This Firestone is horrible! They have had my vehicle since May 25th and it is now June 5th. They can not fix a simple alternator within two weeks and no one knows why??? They have no sense of urgency for a customer. They stand around majority of the time with customers waiting in the lobby. Who has one technician that can fix an alternator and when he’s off nothings happens your car just sits and wait!! Don’t go there ever!!!
Beware women !!! Do not take you car to Firestone. They charged us $8,000 to do work on our jeep only to have it die driving home. Contacted corporate office to ask them to help me solve this issue only to be told they would do nothing. Seth informed me that it's my word against theirs. I'm sorry I cant let this go . They totally took advantage of us because being a women we just believed they were doing the right thing. I mean they are the experts right. I shame on you Firestone. This is not just gonna go away. Traveling home from Alabama to Kentucky we had a blow out on the trailer spare tire,we found Firestone online and thankfully they were open on a Sunday. The people at firestone went above and beyond and replaced all four tires and a spare and had us out of there in an hour and a half.

Excellent service as always. Staff is always courteous and straight forward. Highly recommended.
We are on vacation with the kids and my husband noticed a screw in one of our tires. Ivette got us in and out SO quickly. All the staff was professional and very courteous. Tire trouble on a trip is never fun, but they made it a much better experience than it could have been!
