Highly Recommended My family and I were on our way out of town and discovered we needed a new tire right away. We were greeted by very friendly employees who were able to get to our car immediately. The wait time was minimal, the prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommed this business.
Fast,friendly,knowledgable and fair prices This is the place that always take my car to for any mechanical issues, thank god,it has only been for maintenance,so far. When you go in, they really get to you quick. I have never had to be there more than an hour. They stay on top of what maintenance is required at the milage your car is at when you come in. RIPOFFS WARNING!!!!!! RIPOFFS they were trying to charge my brothers roommate $900.00 to change the front and back brakes on a 22 year old truck, when my husband went to pick up the truck they wouldn t allow him to see the estimate because they knew it was a RIP OFF, the dang truck wasnt even worth the 900 hello is that what your company is in business for to charge people 800 a hour for labor cause we sure fixed it for around 150 dollars some sorry company you guys have
I went to Firestone to have an alignment done. The Tech, Brandon, also checked my brakes and tires. I didn't need brakes and did not need tires. The Auto Tech, Brandon, was honest, efficient, and friendly, and left in a timely manner.
RecommendedThe wait was a little long, but that was because they didn’t have the tires I picked out online once we got there. They upgraded the tires at no extra cost. Very nice people to deal with.
just got an oil change, tire rotation and brake pads on a Sunday!! appointment at 1..they got me in and out in under 2 hours... good customer service. I will be going back for my car care needs.

Customer service, I had an emergency tire repair , it was close to closing time , they still fixed it for me.
I just love my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer and in 10 years-I've had to replace my starter, my water pump, my battery and buy one set of tires. My Air went out on Sunday-6/24-took it to Firestone Mon., and just picked it up-good as new-needed an HVAC Actuator replaced. This Team of Guys are Wonderful. They're respectful, professional and very dedicated to what they do. They are the ONLY Mechanics/Technicians who are allowed to touch my Truck!!
