I should have listened to the reviews prior to going to this place. Worst customer service AND tire mounting service ever. I bought 4 new Bridgestone tires from this place on 2/14. On 2/16 I was driving down the interstate and hit a SMALL lip on the road (going over a bridge) and my whole tire came off of the wheel and caused my wheel to crack in half. Do you guys know how to use a torque wrench? I bought new tires 3 months ago, today i want to remove one of the wheels and its impossible without an impact, if i was OFF the road with a flat..i ll get stuck there because you guys, DONT KNOW HOW MANY TORQUE POUNDS PUT ON THE LUG NUTS.. THANKS
