ordered 4 tires over phone and set appointment for following weekend. at appt. told out of tires I had ordered. they only had 2 for my vehicle of another(more expensive )tire. had those 2 put on and was told they would be ordered, so made appt. for next weekend. show up and they forgot to order tires. all around cluster!!!

Called to find out what was going on with a friends car and was met with hostility right away when asking what the problem was... I would never recommend this shop to anyone ever! Go to les Schwab and get treated properly.
