I had gotten a brand new set of tires installed at Firestone in Milford. About two weeks later, I walked out to find that my tire was flat. My husband looked at the tire and showed me that the valve stem had not been properly tightened/inspected which is what caused the flat. However, it didn't happen overnight and over those two weeks prior to it becoming flat, the tire had a slow leak and wasn't properly inflated.
