got a tune and told them in detail that I wanted the oil change, filters, h&k plugs, an a alignment.all that was done was a alignment(good), the spark plugs were supposedly done,when I looked under the hood the old oil filter was still on,and the oil was dirty. When I called them they said a tune up consist of just plugs and wires, and by the way they didn't even tell me that the wires are a 5 day order
