First of all, do not go to this place. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I was in Lubbock and had trouble with my pickup. I looked up reviews on google and picked this place. Should have paid more attention. Most 5 stars appear to be fake and paid for. I was charged 807 dollars for them to drop my transmission. Not to mention that they messed it up even more. I had a real transmission shop look this over and though I can not prove it it is pretty obvious what happened. They have ghost fees that they are not up front about. ... read more

Rip off company - they use KC Promotions to sell oil change vouchers. Legally, you have 3 days to cancel. When I found out the following morning that they were going to be higher in cost than where I was getting my oil changes, I asked for a refund from KC Promotions and Tammy with Complete Auto Repair who is the owners wife. I asked in less than 12 hours for them to kindly refund my money since it would cost me more...COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR AND KC PROMOTIONS refuse to return my money. Buyer beware!!!!
