The young man who handled customer service was superb, actually running down to the auto parts store to get the headlamps that he had ordered when they had no one to deliver the items, and treating everyone with which he interacted with utmost respect. However, while I was charged for the replacement of two headlamps, the mechanics only replaced one, leaving the other headlamp which was still working in place.
