We have a new mechanic! Worked with Charlie down at Firestone (215 W Broadway). What a straight shooter; easy fix, quick, too. Couldn't be happier! I hope he does AC work, as my old Frontier is getting a bit warm on that ride home from work. Thanks Charlie!
They claim to be independently owned and not part of the corporation that over charged me and failed to refund me the over charge.
Dude was supposed to replace coil packs and sparks, ended up tearing air intake boot allowing unmetered air to suck into engine causing complete FAILURE. Best part is the 6th cylinder coil pack WASNT EVEN PLUGGED IN. No combustion was allowed. Worst service I’ve seen very last they’ll see of me.. and anyone I can steer away from this place. Needs a zero ⭐️ option for this shop.
Brought Jeep in for a popping clunking noise and was told it was the shocks. Paid $800 to have shocks replaced only to drive away and the issue wasn’t fixed, popping and clunking continued. Brought Jeep back in and was told they wouldn’t fix their misdiagnosis and make it right. Very disappointing.
