Great experience. Bought tyres from them quite a while ago on a deal. They normally install for free but as I bought them some time ago, I was unsure. Took them back in just prior to Christmas during the busy season which was not great planning on my part, but still fitted me in and didn't charge. Great work!
I went to Firestone Glen Innes in August when my WOF confirmed I would need new ones. I decided on Firestone GI because of the reviews on line. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. The chap I dealt with clearly understood tyres. Checked mine, made a recommendation on what was required, and we agreed a type of tyre. As they didn't have them in stock he arranged to get them in by checking on where to source to get a good price. The team are friendly and helpful. In an hour new tyres had been ordered, fitted, and I was on my way.
They don't match tyres according to number. Will fail WOF!!
