I’ve had good experiences with Firestone but in this location I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences that were very unnecessary and unprofessional of the staff, I’ve been to this location two times and both times they did the work terribly and very lazily, I was very disappointed since they took way longer than expected.
Called for an alignment. A phone call saved me the trip. They can't explain why an alignment is necessary. I'll keep looking.
