Horrible experience working with this Firestone. Firstly, they quoted me an absurdly high price for their recommended service and upon negotiating the quote they were able to decrease the price immediately. This screams scam. Secondly, I paid almost $200 for a diagnostic, far over market value in this area. Thirdly, after bringing my car into the dealership for the service, it became apparent that Firestone had provided me with an inaccurate diagnostic of the issue. I don't understand if you are under Firestone I don't care that you cannot honor a lifetime wheel alignment
Replacing a Canister Purge Valve costed $700.
When I asked why they add tire pressure sensor relearn for me if they work well, they could not answer me and simply said that they would not provide me with the service. Afterwards the manager simply ran away from me. And they don't work with Firestone warranty cases. I highly do not recommend this service!
