I liked coming to this place when Josh (I believe was his name) was working the front. He was nice and he would be detailed in what took place. I took my car in for an oil change and for a leak in my tires. Before I left the shop, I had to go back in and get an oil change sticker to put back in my car and they asked themselves (did he even do the oil change) then the next day my tires were low again. Not even worth your time. Called in to get new tires and they said they would order them in. Day of service, we call to confirm and the front desk guy says verbatim, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” After previous calls and confirmations with these people and showing up days before. So they knew what vehicle I had and the tires I requested. There’s no reason to have such poor customer service unless you truly hate your job. Please try and keep a better record of your customers.
Great Staff
Horrible experience working with this Firestone. Firstly, they quoted me an absurdly high price for their recommended service and upon negotiating the quote they were able to decrease the price immediately. This screams scam. Secondly, I paid almost $200 for a diagnostic, far over market value in this area. Thirdly, after bringing my car into the dealership for the service, it became apparent that Firestone had provided me with an inaccurate diagnostic of the issue.
