Can't speak for their service, as I did not end up getting anything done. Maybe it comes down to a miscommunication, but this was my experience. I had scheduled over the phone for my Firestone lifetime alignment, appointment was at 9. I came in at 8:30 and was greeted by a frustrated employee because appearently I had been scheduled as a drop-off and they weren't expecting me.
