Lady at the front office hates her job so when you call 3 days in a row to make an appointment she puts you in a waiting call while she eats Firestone snacks and makes you wait 30 min each time till you decide to either hang up or she gets tired of hearing the phone and does it for you
Scheduled to have some repair done on my truck two weeks in advance and they called me the day before I was supposed to drop it off to cancel and told me they would reschedule for the following week. I’ve called and left several messages. No one answers the phones and no one called me back to reschedule my appointment. Apparently they have too much work and they don’t need money.
