Whoever is the manager of this place is treated my mom with complete disrespect. And now I’ve heard the same disrespect has been given towards other women. Completely disgusting. I advise anyone to go to Wayne’s Tire Center for car services. The staff there is much friendlier
this crew is amazing . they opened at 8 am and had my tires on and i was at work by 9 am. their prices and customer service are outstanding and low enough that three other companies have lost my business as all that i need in services can be performed in one place. speedy and knowledgeable, i am beyond impressed. thank you William and thank you to your crew.
This is not a real Firestone. They offer no real Firestone commitments such as the lifetime alignment. They will tell you they are not an official Firestone but have all the Firestone advertisement in the world to draw in customers. Just don’t waste your time and take the drive to Louisville where they can take care of you or another local tire place.
These guys were AMAZING!!! We were heading home on I-65 to get to Elizabethtown and get on Highway 31 when our transfer case in our truck completely gave up right off the exit. Doug's Towing came and took our truck to these guys and within about a half hour they pinpointed another transfer case. Not only this but with us having 3 young children with us, they gave us a ride to a hotel AND allowed us to borrow the company truck to get food and necessities and not be stranded. I am very disappointed in the management with how he treats women. It had to come to the point where I had to call my husband to come get my car back because William would not give me my keys back. According to him it is un-drivable and he was threatening me to call the transportation department and yellow tag my car. He kept asking why I need to go to another place to get a second opinion and if that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is.
