These guys were AMAZING!!! We were heading home on I-65 to get to Elizabethtown and get on Highway 31 when our transfer case in our truck completely gave up right off the exit. Doug's Towing came and took our truck to these guys and within about a half hour they pinpointed another transfer case. Not only this but with us having 3 young children with us, they gave us a ride to a hotel AND allowed us to borrow the company truck to get food and necessities and not be stranded. I am very disappointed in the management with how he treats women. It had to come to the point where I had to call my husband to come get my car back because William would not give me my keys back. According to him it is un-drivable and he was threatening me to call the transportation department and yellow tag my car. He kept asking why I need to go to another place to get a second opinion and if that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is. If I could give them no stars at this point I would. My family has been going to the tire shop for years but it is now under some kind of new management I believe and it's immediately noticeable. Every time since that I have brought my vehicle here since the change over has been a nightmare. Warning!!!!This is the worst tire shop I have ever been to. They think it is completely acceptable to charge you for a new tire when your tire is blown. Then not replace the valve stem. Put the tire in your trunk. Ignoring the sound of the air escaping the valve stem. Also, endangering your life should you not notice and put on your vehicle. My boyfriend arrived at 8:00 a.m. to have tires put on his vehicle. After 2 hours it was still on the lift with no one working on the vehicle. When asked for an explanation one could not be given except that they were having trouble mounting the tires because they were stiff...? This is work that you do everyday and it's your own product!!
