Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend going here for services.
Absolutely horrible customer service. This Firestone constantly tried to up sell me on tires that I did not want. I came in for an alignment, oil change and wheel balance and I have a maintenance plan for these. However, they continued to try to force me to buy a new set of tires. I also have a warranty plan on the tires and the Bridgestone Ecopia tires did not last the full 50,000 miles. This Firestone location refused to honor the warranty in order to charge me the full price for a new set of 4 tires.

Came in because I needed my tire to be patch up and they were able to squeeze me in same day. The repair took less than 10 mins and I was to get in and out quickly. The hospitality was really great definitely recommend this Firestone and will be coming back.
