Matt from Firestone help me out tremendously. I got a nail in one of my tires and it could not be patched. It's on an unusual older size 16x9 wheel. They don't make the tire for it anymore as of 2026, but Matt found one at a Firestone store in Orlando with a 2025 date code. He got their courier to bring it to the Melbourne store and their installer put it on my rim without making any marks or scratches on it. It only took 2 days total for the job. Great staff and mechanics on duty. Had an appointment on 6/7, but my tire pressure kept getting low and your shop manager was able to get me in that same day to put new tires on at the sales price I would have received for the promo starting on 6/7. I appreciate them putting my safety first. They did not try to upsell me on anything and that is key to my being a loyal customer at this location.
Matt is the counter guy to see when you arrive. That guy know his stuff! Very professional service, highly recommended.
The manager and staff were amazing, thoughtful, and detailed from start to finish - I will not be going anywhere else from this point on!
