I came in to your service for a wheel alignment and it was overpriced. I’ve been back 2×1st time and this time two times you charge me for a service that I’m still having problems with your overpriced bad service.

They tried to charge $136 for an oil change. When I got home and checked my email, I saw the price. I called and questioned the amount. They immediately dropped the price to $97, which is still high. What bothers me is they would have taken advantage if I wasn't paying attention. But what about people like my Mom? She would not have checked her email. She would have been abused in that situation.
