Took care of me and my wife, had an accident on one of our tires and they allowed us to get a warranty on the existing tires she bought recently so we don’t get into an issue again.
These guys are crooks. We bought a full set of all season tires that ended up being faulty. The driver side tire began to split on the face in multiple spots. When we went to remedy the situation, the tech flat out told me that I had hit something, insinuating I was a bad driver. We didn’t fight and bought a new, “discounted” tire. A few months later the same issue started on another tire. When we went back to report the issue, they agreed it was a manufacturer warranty but there was nothing they would not replace for free. ... read more
