Amazed at the how quickly and efficiently they had my car back to me.
I took my truck to the Wickham Firestone store in Melbourne, Florida to get a wheel alignment for my 1990 GMC Sierra C1500. The steering was sloppy, the front end would wander while driving, and the steering wheel was off center. All of those issues were fixed in short order by the experts at the Firestone store! The Service Specialist that received me was Omar and the two technicians that took care of my truck were Charles and Jason. All three were OUTSTANDING!!!!
Omar is the best I came in when they were about to close n he took his time to change 2tires on my car I had beautiful experience
They were amazing! They had Jason out starting my service ticket while my work van was still on the tow truck. Omar was so pleasant and down to earth. He made sure I was safe and was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns.
