Horrible. Unbelievable. 4 new tires. The first exploded on I-95 within minutes of getting onto I-95. My tires were only inflated to 12 PSI according to the Road Ranger who stopped to help. The 2nd, after being checked by Firestone to make sure it was OK, exploded a couple of hours later. The life of my family was put at SEVERE risk from Firestone.
Justin and his team at this Firestone location are wonderful!! The service is top notch- with smiles on their faces, they are so friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They were quick to resolve our issue and handled it with such professionalism and care. We are so happy to follow someone else’s recommendation here. Easy pick up and drop off vehicle. Friendly staff had my vehicle ready quickly.
I was amazed at the quick appointment opportunity, as well as the courteous service was provided. But the best thing was I was told that I actually didn't need the service I came in for! $500 savings on that day! You bet I will be using these guys for any of my future needs! Thanks Havier!
My overall experience with Firestone has been great. I brought my truck in for some repairs, I went home and noticed I was still hearing the noise I originally came in for. Being in the trades myself I know sometimes finding the problem can be tricky . I brought my truck back in and without any questions they took it back found another issue and fixed it free of charge.
