Awesome customer service! Joe walked my husband through troubleshooting possibilities for our Harman stove that wasn’t turning on!
Service call today for chimney cleaning and wood stove check. Clint and Jessie were fantastic. They explained every step to diagnose the problem at hand. They were professional and polite, not just to me, the customer, but to each other! Nothing to clean up when they left, they took care of it all. Wonderful job!
