Been there twice in the last year. Service was wonderful, but the food was terrible. There was a group of us and every meal was bad, every meal. Couple weeks ago I had reservations and they didn’t have my name down. Ordered filet Mignon at $40 I asked for medium rare and got medium well. My steak was a half an inch thick. She wouldn’t Split the bill and it took us 20 minutes to figure it out on her own So disappointed. Views to die for, always great service and food quality that is fairly rare in northern WI. Make a reservation as it's always packed. The only thing I am sad about is they no longer have the giant lobster on the menu, now you just get 2 standard tails. Also, get the baked French Onion, better than almost any I have ever had.
We had dinner at Fireside Supper Club tonight, and our server Amy was absolutely outstanding! She was, without a doubt, the best server we have ever had. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made our entire experience feel so special. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while still giving us the perfect amount of attention.
