Jeremy has the best knowledge and expertise in RV Repair. He is a genuine awesome individual with a no-games no-nonsense business tactic. He came out to our camp site and did an emergency fix, we then brought our RV into his shop and he put us in front of over 30 RVs to work on. He did not charge the huge cost of our repair like others would have, gave great info on maintenance of our slide outs and even replaced the molding on the outside for free. Would go to him every time and you should too!
We were camping at Awharrie National Forest and one of our slides would not pull in so we looked up RV repair around us and were told to go to Awharrie RV repair. They didn’t do repair so he referred us to fireside RV service and repair. We went there and what’s the owner Jeremy met with us. He stopped all of his production and came all the way out to our campsite and did an emergency roll in and we brought the RV to him within 24 hours of us talking to him and us leaving his shop. Jeremy has done multiple repairs for us when we purchased our rv’s. He is professional, dependable and considerate. His rv knowledge is unmatched and you should call him with any concerns you have with your unit.
We go to Jeremy at Fireside RV for all of our camper repairs. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled in RV repairs. He has given us great advice and saved us a ton of money. He is honest and trustworthy. We recommend him to all our fellow campers.
Reached out to explain problem with a used camper we purchased. While nice on the phone he kept pushing that it may not be worth fixing and we should have had someone like him to come inspect camper before purchase. Which in hindsight we wish we had, but it doesn’t solve the problem or give reassurance to us as customers.
