My fireplace doors were installed yesterday. The installers were polite and professional. When the salesman came to my home in January. I explained I was seeking an inside fit fireplace door solution for the recently completed fireplace remodeling. The salesman explained the doors are not made for inside fit and would need to be installed in a manner which would result in about a 1/2" overlap of decorative tile around the opening.
