I got a pedicure here, and she cut my big toe nails so short they were instantly red and swollen. I couldn’t put weight on them or wear socks/close toed shoes for over a week. They hurt so bad. They are still sore, a full two weeks later. It was right before a wedding too.

Booked for a specific person because I have had her a few times before and she’s extremely good at ingrown toenails. Booked her again and she got switched out for another person. I know this girl wasn’t the person I booked for but she claimed she was. Not okay! I’m going to book one more time to see if I have who I book and if not, I will be going elsewhere. I do not like deception!

Its really kind of dirty and unsanitary. I didn't realize how dirty Fireside nails was until I went to the nail place downtown by Shoppers. At the downtown place they have ppl wash their hands, have fresh clean towels, they use santized equipment on each person. Fireside does it all dirty. No handwashing. Reuse files over and over without cleaning or santitizing between clients. They need an AHS inspection, in my humble opinion.
