During the month of May, my husband and I left multiple messages and the calls were not returned. Fireside did an install in our house in Jan 2024, we’re having a problem with it. No response.
Chris travelled to our cottage just south of Parry Sound to install a heating system in our "Bunkie". He did an amazing job. Everything he did was neat and tidy. The bunkie was totally finished on the inside and his floor register cuts, cold air return vents and thermostat looked like they were always there. Chris' workmanship was done as if it was his own place. He cleaned up after himself too!! He was a pleasure to work with!!
Called for a price and availability to have a humidifier installed on our furnace, they were able to come within a couple days and had it installed in a few short hours! Cleaned up after themselves and walked us through how it all works!
Very satisfied with my experience with my AC install from Fireside! From the start I was impressed. Chris gave a competitive price and was very transparent about all aspects. I'm familiar with this industry, and fireside didn't try to oversell or embellish things like some of the other companies I called.
