Chris and his team went the extra mile with us. The initial heat pump install went really smoothly, but then issues with our thermostat arose and it was hard to tell what the source of the problem was. Chris and his team came by almost everyday for the next week to diagnose the issues and resolve them. Throughout the process they were very responsive and communicative. I would definitely recommend them.

During the month of May, my husband and I left multiple messages and the calls were not returned. Fireside did an install in our house in Jan 2024, we’re having a problem with it. No response.
Chris travelled to our cottage just south of Parry Sound to install a heating system in our "Bunkie". He did an amazing job. Everything he did was neat and tidy. The bunkie was totally finished on the inside and his floor register cuts, cold air return vents and thermostat looked like they were always there. Chris' workmanship was done as if it was his own place. He cleaned up after himself too!! He was a pleasure to work with!!
Called for a price and availability to have a humidifier installed on our furnace, they were able to come within a couple days and had it installed in a few short hours! Cleaned up after themselves and walked us through how it all works!
