RecommendedI had ordered a new mantle for the fireplace hearth and home and when it was installed I really didn’t like the way it looked. Even though I wanted a stressed look into the wood it wasn’t what I thought. I made a phone call to JEFF he said he would look into the problem for me, The very next day Keith Daniels called me and assured me that he would take care of the problem. They wound up replacing the entire mantle at no cost! This is what customer satisfaction is all about.

RecommendedThey got my gas fireplace checkup and service scheduled within about a week after I called. The service technician Jon was on time and very nice and had my fireplace all checked out and cleaned and service in much less than one hour.
Kurt came out today for a service call. Very knowledgeable and polite and was able to get my fireplace all fixed up and running again. Thanks Kurt!!
