If your fireplace, that this company installed, stops working, the last thing you will want to do it 1. Call them or 2. Send someone out to look at what could possibly be wrong. On our initial call, we were told it would be $85 plus fees to have someone to look at the problem. My husband told the company exactly what was wrong because the gas company who installed our gas tank looked at it first and said they installed a faulty burner. ZEKE did an amazing job!! No one ever told us about maintaining our gas fireplace. It had not been touched since we built. It’s beautiful now and looking forward to getting a blower. He also was not bothered by our 3 dogs!!
