Shawn was AMAZING to work with. So quick to respond, so kind - overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.
Our Heatilator gas fireplace was due for a tune-up. We called Fireside Hearth & Home - Charlotte and spoke with a very nice lady (Shawn?) who helped us schedule this service call. Our technician (Dave?) called ahead of time and arrived promptly when scheduled. He did a very thorough job cleaning, checking, and tweeking our unit and was all done before we knew it. We had our fireplace serviced by Zeke - he was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us lots of helpful pointers about the settings on our remote. Excellent customer service! We bought our fireplace here 7 years ago and have been very happy with it - the salespeople were very good at helping us select the right fireplace for our needs.
We had Zeke install a blower and clean our fireplace insert. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional and patiently answered our questions and instructed us on how the blower operates and why periodic cleaning is needed. Who knew?!
