Purchased a CalAtlantic home in Tuscany subdivision Fireside is the vendor for this and many other neighborhoods, they installed the hearth and surround for the fireplace incorrectly (un-level squeaks etc.) was told that it needs to be replaced, they are out of stock of the slate I chose and want to force me to take a piece that I DONT LIKE AT ALL or they will make me PURCHASE another piece ?????? Boss / Owner wouldn't get on the phone he had to hide behind his employee that said "im just the messenger" BUYER BEWARE ! NO CUS... read more

This Company has the most inept bunch of employees I have ever come across in any industry. Customer service does not exist and you will never hear from them after the sell. GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Be warned.

The service was fine....until we provided our credit card information and were 'locked in' as a customer.' Since then, we receive short and dismissive replies to 'some' of our attempts to reach out with questions and to request service. The unit failed inspection due to a number of items, some of which are safety concerns. Instead of fixing the issues raised by the inspector, they simply told them they had fixed everything and to come back and do the final inspection.
