Filled out the form on their website requesting a service call on my 15 month old gas fireplace that stopped working. No one ever responded. Thanks. All of the homes on this street have fireplaces from Fireside. I will be sure to let everyone know who NOT to call if they have any problems.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased a log set to replace an existing one that was old and worn out. After installation, it stopped working after about three weeks. We called for service repair man, and we waited for quite a while before there was time in his schedule to come out. He finally came out, fiddled around with it, and told us it was fine.
