They installed my logs not a full year ago. Having issues cannot get them to answer the phone or call back. The builder RCI used chose this company not me, absolutely the worst company.
Customer service is lousy. Had an appointment. Never received a call about appointment being cancelled, they just never showed up. Took repeated calls to them for them to finally say the repairman wasn't coming out that day. Have called back to reschedule and it like you are talking to foreign language. The person has no clue.
