I have received very good service today. Kevin is a technician that preformed maintenance on my fireplace. He was strictly by the book in making sure my unit works as the company would want it to be. And he cleaned up after finishing.
We used Fireside Hearth and Home in January when our wall remote wasn't working. We had bought our home this last summer and had also also wanted both fireplaces (both gas) checked for safety and cleaned up. The technician who came out to help was absolutely wonderful. He explained that the wall remote was never hooked up when the fireplace was installed so that job would require an electrician. He was very diligent and professional in his servicing of the fireplaces and getting them cleaned up. He helped fix the placement o... read more
