Customer service? What’s that? Don’t go here unless you have an appointment. Doors are locked! Call them and the person you talk to is no help. We probably are needing to put a new insert in for our fireplace but these folks can’t be bothered. I will find another company to help me. Maybe your location shouldn’t be somewhere where you have to hide behind locked doors with a sign that says call us if you have an appointment. Ugh!
