This fire place company is a joke. If u want a fireplace order it two weeks ahead of time. They order shipments when they feel like it. Their management is ridiculous. No one knows anything. Not sure how they stay in business.

Our builder used Fireside for our fireplace. Although it hasn't gone smoothly, Fireplace (and the builder) have stood behind their work and have continued to work through issues with us. Their customer service has been great! Lucas, along with others, have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. We realize there are bumps in the road sometimes and it is how you handle them that's important. We are appreciative of how Fireplace has handled the bumps for us!

Excellent five-star service from technician Jonathan Quinlan today making some adjustments to our Heat & Glo gas fireplace. Super knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful!

We paid almost $600. for a remote control for the brand new fireplace in our brand new home. We were promised the remote would be well worth the investment. They lied and are indeed swindlers. The remote essentially was a waste of money and does not do what was promised. The flame on the BRAND NEW fire place is barely visible. They are swindlers! If i could give this company a 0 I would. Paid for a product it was installed but they forgot the fan to the fireplace. Spoke to Manager, less then helpful. Eventually we will get our product after 6 months of waiting... maybe. But this company was okay with taking your money for a product and not providing it.
