Scott was here most of the afternoon cleaning and fixing our four gas fireplaces. He was so pleasant to deal with, and he really knew what he was doing! We thought he did an outstanding job.
I’ve been doing several remodeling projects in my home in the last year, working with several different contractors and vendors. I cannot recommend Fireside Hearth and Home Minnetonka. I had two gas fireplace inserts replaced and experienced extremely poor communication, 5 hour installation windows, different installers on each visit, measuring errors resulting in delays and installation problems that took repeated calls and emails to resolve. Fireside does not seem interested in cultivating happy customers. Go elsewhere.
Scott came at the appointed time and fixed my intermittent flame. Very professional, friendly and efficient
