Thank you for doing such a great job on our fireplace. The technician was on-time, friendly, careful taking the fireplace apart and putting it back together! We are very pleased with the outcome service!!
Great experience all around. We worked with John Tully in the store, and John McGinn came out for the preview (basically a complete assessment before moving ahead); both were great to work with. The day of the install - their electrician Robert arrived first to start the new circuit install, the 2 installers (didn't catch their names) arrived a little after.
