We recently had Fireside come out to fix our fireplace because of a flame issue we couldn't figure out ourselves. Thankfully we had the pleasure to work with Steve that did an above and beyond job! He knew everything about our fireplace and answered every question we had. Steve was extremely kind and respectful, he even checked our dryer machine out for any gas leaks out of kindness because we were skeptical and sure enough there was and he fixed it up for us so he felt better leaving our home safely!
