I cannot say enough great things about Neal and the team that he works with. I recently purchased an indoor and outdoor fireplace. Neal came to my house on a Sunday to work within my schedule (how nice is that). He reviewed my options with me and worked to get everything done quickly. Juan came and installed my indoor fireplace, which is so beautiful. I had a minor issue (that was not Neal or his team's fault), and they sent Kyle right out. Great service all the time.
Have had many issues with our new fireplace. Does not start often and always diagnosing issues and when you call for service to address the new fireplace, they don’t respond. Spent a lot with them and do not recommend as they’ll drop off from addressing issues and helping with any warranty support.
