honest hardworking company with integrity Rick came out for a quote to install caps in our chimney. He was honest and upfront. He was very good about communication and time frame. He was quick and efficient in getting the work done. We were quoted by another company and the price difference was HUGE. He did quality work and was honest about what was needed. We so appreciate him and will continue to use him for all our future needs. We highly recommend using him for your needs as well.
awesome we have used this company for years, we have never had any issues and he is always on time and does a great job. what the previous reviewer may not know is a small amount of ash is left in the firebox to help in the building of the next fire. when we lived elsewhere the chimney sweep we had explained that. rick plumb is great!
Satisfied Overall and am very satisfied with my chimney sweep experience. Rick was running late, but he called to let me know so, which I appreciated. He and his son were prompt and polite and left no indication that they were even there, except for the clean chimney. He kindly explained what they were doing as they worked, gave some tips on how to avoid soot buildup, and charged me the quoted price.
