24-hrs or 2 Day shipping is untrue. I ordered a liner kit as well as many other components for a time sensitive project on 05/25 at 3pm.I called to check on the shipment as I didn't receive a shipping tracking number email. I called the customer service line and they said it was shipping out THAT DAY! And that I would receive the shipment on 06/01. This company was fantastic to work with! We have a wood burning stove here in Hawaii and there arent a lot of options for us to get materials to do repairs with. As a result, I had to do the repairs myself and have zero experience in reomving and replacing a stove chimney. Bill Webster was a phenomenal resource that worked with me many times over through e-mail, over the phone, reviewing photos...... walking me through the process. We would never look anyplace else to get our materials from in the future . Thanks bill!

Great service, product line, and they answered a weekend email on a Sunday. Keep up the great "Made in America" work. They had the perfect solution for my jihj efficiency wood burning stove causing chimney cap clogs: a cap with a more open design and a removable screen.
