Very disappointing experience with Fireside Caterers in Huntington. I ordered the Super Combo, which is advertised as feeding 6–8 people, but the portions were nowhere near enough for that many people. Realistically, it was enough for maybe 4 people. On top of the small portions, the food itself wasn’t good at all. For what you pay and how the package is advertised, I expected much better quality and significantly more food. Great, old school place with a ton of choice, going way beyond a deli - it’s also a fried chicken/fish and BBQ place with a bunch of hot entrees. Reasonable prices, big portions.
A real hidden gem! We finally got to try this place out and all of the food we ordered was delicious. We had the turkey with gravy, rotisserie chicken, rice, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. We will definitely be back! The kids are picky eaters and they gobbled it all down.
