Our gas fireplace wasn’t working. We had another company come out look at it for 5 minutes and tell us we needed a new fireplace and had to pay $150 service fee. We called NCI they were amazing. Great customer service. Technician came found a short and replaced the control unit. He cleaned the unit and reset logs. Folks are very professional and very friendly. We highly recommend them!!
Can’t recommend this place enough! Everyone was helpful and communicative from start to finish. Jessa in the sales office answered all my questions and guided me through the process. The installers (didn’t catch their names) were professional, timely, and their work was top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure the cord was hidden from view (I had an outlet very close by that allowed for this to happen). Thank you so much!
I’ve been having a couple issues with an older Heart & Home twilight fireplace from 2006. I called in and Brian Simpson was a huge help. He was very patient with my dad and I who were troubleshooting. He was never rushed, he explained things very well, and obviously cared enough about helping us that he took the time to walk us through some different things. Had a great experience purchasing a new gas fireplace insert. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful making recommendations on which unit would fit us best. Owen and Jared arrived when expected. Then proceeded to work professionally and very thoroughly. They walked me through the installation process and explained everything.
