There product was great... Until it wasn't. I purchased a Firepunk transmission just over 2 years ago now. My truck is pretty much stock other than a tune and 66mil non VGT turbo. I really only daily drove the truck my short 10 minute commute and hooked up a few small equipment trailers. However two weeks out of warranty the transmission went out! Firepunk basically told me to pound sand because it was the input shaft that broke. I get that with their warranty they can't cover that... But why in the heck are they putting sto... read more
I would not recommend them Their transmissions are junk. I can prove it if you want to see Pretty much $7000 and maybe lasted 2 months. Out of the eight in the shop four times the last time it got out of the shop.It lasted twenty nine days
