Disappointed with VRC. They bought out our previous company that we had for 10+ years and increased our rate by 275%. I contacted our sales rep who informed me that they have a minimum monthly rate and there wasn't anything they could do about it. I started contacting their competitors for quote comparisons and found that while our previous rate was lower than the industry average, other companies are only charging about half of VRC's minimum rate. Our company will be switching asap to a competitor with more realistic rates.
