This company and their guys are unprofessional, messy, and have no clue how to respect their clients home. They are uncommunicative & have attitude. They made unnecessary holes all over my ceiling. Made a HUGE hole in my living room & to the exterior stucco for the piping & they do not repair anything, I had to have another professional fix it because they don’t patch up anything of their mistakes. I've had a great experience thus far with Fire Pro-Tech. They've been responsive, helpful in answering my questions and providing a competitive bid. They worked quickly on our sprinkler installation and they've done a great job. We're still awaiting our final inspection but are happy with the work we've seen completed.
