I would recommend firepower to anyone seeking a supportive and fun gym environment. The coaches and members have such a welcoming atmosphere that embraces and works with all fitness levels and supports your goals. Joining firepower in January 2024 has been one of the best decisions I have made. It’s a great place to grow and achieve your fitness goals.
Very welcoming community at this gym, both coaches and members. I have never considered myself an athlete, so was intimidated at the idea of joining a gym. From the first day I felt safe, supported and encouraged. The coaches are very attentive to giving individualized feedback. I’ve been working out at Firepower now for two years, and keep coming back for more. It’s a very motivating environment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

*** 2025 Update : Been a while since I updated my review, thought I would add a few more thoughts. During a period when I was nursing a running injury, the coaches provided invaluable support. They were always willing to suggest alternative movements, ensuring I could continue my fitness journey without risking further damage. The coaches are dedicated to you and meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey and the whole community is genuinely invested in each other goals. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting, you will feel supported and valued. Firepower is THE place to go to feel challenged, accepted and encouraged.
