We purchased our fireplace from this store and every time we call to have service set up we are met with rudeness complete rudeness I would not recommend purchasing from this company ever!
Absolutely fantastic and personalized service. Very friendly and knowledgeable with great pricing.
My husband and I stopped into the store on Saturday to look at the different fireplace options in person. We explained that we were building a new house in KY and even though they knew we wouldn’t be making a purchase through their store, the salespeople working were very informative and spent a lot of time explaining the products in great details to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace in this area. Thanks for taking the time, we greatly appreciated it.
Jamie has been helping me with my fireplace all throughout the process. I have never met such an amazing employee! He took the time out of his evening by coming to my home to explain more about the hearth and mantle as I was clueless. It turns out he has been with this company for over 20 years. There is a reason for that. As a consumer, I look for the professional advice and expertise when making home improvements. I am very pleased with this company and the people they employ…especially Jamie!
I reached out to Fireplaces Plus because we wanted our LP fireplace converted over to natural gas. They took my information and called me back later in the day saying they were able to get the parts for the conversation, and placed the order. A week later they called me back saying the parts had arrived and scheduled the conversion, along with a quote. Logan came out and did conversation, and did an excellent job!
