WHERE TO BEGIN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I know what your thinking. Youre having chimney problems and you look at the bogus ass reviews on this site and see so many positives so they must be good right??? WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! Poor service, poor professionalism, rarely like to write negative reviews but funding someones terrible habits with my hard earned 200+ dollars seems very unfair to me Sincerely, Hard working homeowner whos been ripped off
For anyone reading the reviews here be aware that they are all written by the same person who just left as their disgruntled employee. All work done by this establishment since the 1970s has been stellar and this business was built by word of mouth. The owner and employees are good and decent people who do not deserve this treatment.The service and product is a cut above and I would highly recommend you trying it out if you are in the market for any fireplace products.
I was shopping for a wood stove/fireplace insert and asked for help. I was directed to an salewoman who was extremely overbearing, loud and rude. I wanted to get some info on the products so I stayed awhile longer but this woman was so abrasive I left. I called a few days later, hoping to get another person, but the same woman answered the phone and was again very rude and abrasive. Poor workmanship: This company really leaves alot to be desired when it comes to concrete finishing. They are not very professional when it come to cutting in joint cuts they leave either raised concrete or cut is to deep leaving what is called A {TRIPPER} which can cause someone to trip caussing injury. And as far as their finishing on brick work they need to learn to strike a mortor joint so it doesnt look like a child with a stick did it... Don't Bother – My friend had a problem with them too. The blond that works there (I think shes the owner) has an attitude problem! What a b**ch! And don't bother to go there, they are NEVER open. Even through the whole month of November, everytime my friend went, they were closed. She's now sorry she called to get their hours because the woman was so nasty, she walked out. I heard a rumor that they're going out of business. No great loss.
