I met with Terry in November and reviewed the options for my wood burning fireplace. We agreed that a natural gas option was the best. We set a date and the workers arrived on time. The insert was installed and the job was done in a few hours. Terry visited later to take care of other details and to collect payment. After having dealt with two other fireplace dealers in the area, Fireplace Direct is in a league by itself. I could not be more satisfied with the results.
Called Terry to setup an appointment to get a North star Fire place installed in our house. Conversation quickly went to you do not want a fire place they do not prouduce any heat unless you put in a fan. I said i want a insert the North star. He then went on to tell me everything about Stoves then Pellet stoves that my wife will live 6.9 years longer than me so you might want a diffrent stove a pellet stove. Thank you very much for the review. It is our belief that when we make a customer happy they always tell two people if we make them mad they will tell everyone LOL Before long we will clean our 50,000th chimney. It is hard to believe this is my 41st year. Time flies.
Terry was as professional, knowledgeable and honest as they come! Communication was excellent and showed up when he said he would. Installation went great with tight-fitting and very clean job. I can highly recommend Fireplaces Direct with no hesitation!!
Terry Bowen came out and assessed the situation with my fireplace. Turns out it was built wrong when the house was originally built. Terry was very knowledgeable, professional, and gave a great proposal on how to fix it. I recommend him to anyone who has fireplace needs.
