I met with Terry in November and reviewed the options for my wood burning fireplace. We agreed that a natural gas option was the best. We set a date and the workers arrived on time. The insert was installed and the job was done in a few hours. Terry visited later to take care of other details and to collect payment. After having dealt with two other fireplace dealers in the area, Fireplace Direct is in a league by itself. I could not be more satisfied with the results.
Called Terry to setup an appointment to get a North star Fire place installed in our house. Conversation quickly went to you do not want a fire place they do not prouduce any heat unless you put in a fan. I said i want a insert the North star. He then went on to tell me everything about Stoves then Pellet stoves that my wife will live 6.9 years longer than me so you might want a diffrent stove a pellet stove.
