In a world of construction disappointment, Terry and his crew are fabulous to work with-- knowledgeable, professional and just good people. He has installed multiple units in two different homes for me. And his pricing is definitely competitive...coming in significantly lower than competition for exact same unit. Highly recommend!!
Working with Terry on our fireplace conversion was an outstanding experience. We purchased a log cabin with a fireplace that previously had a chimney fire. Terry and his team, converted us to a gas insert, cleaned and sealed all the stone on our cabin (including our 30 ft chimney), cleaned all the creosote off our interior stone and repaired our stone hearth. I highly recommend them!

The excellent reviews for fireplace service are authentic. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, and took great care to ensure our fireplace would perform at optimal level, installed a blower, even relocating logs and gluing on the little bits in just the right places to give that "glowing embers" look. You can tell that having a satisfied customer is a serious aim, not a mere slogan. Highly recommended!!!
This was the first time I've had my gas fireplace serviced correctly! Terry was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained things as he worked. Everything is clean and working great!
