I have installed 3-4 of the gas logs sets the last few years. Customers love them. Quality products. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone considering the gas logs. The glass looks really cool too!
We purchased a fireplace insert from Fireplacesdirect.com and the order was managed through Spotix. We had measured the space and based on the unit description, we believed it would fit. When the unit arrived, it was way too large so we went back to the paperwork and realized that measurements were challenging to decipher as we were looking at a user manual for several units and we had gotten confused. Looking for a wireless remote for my fire-place. Ordered initially from other sites claiming it is in stock, to learn they will back order. Ordered from Spotix, free shipping, item arrived as promised, and faster than expected. Excellent experience in my first interaction!
BUYERS BEWARE: They sent us a scratched fire bowl, without the predrilled holes it listed, and are refusing to take accountability. Shop elsewhere.
Horrible customer service, horrible company. They do not stand behind their products!!! Buyer beware!!! And to spotix directly, my order was placed under my husband's name so you will not find a corresponding invoice. You know exactly where your company is lacking and should be ashamed of yourselves !!!
