They are quick and courteous and excellent at what they do. I so much appreciate the work that have done to fix and upgrade my fireplace. Was a lifesaver this am as power was out for hours on this bitter dangerous day, Have had my fireplace since 2002 and love it. Thanks again to all of you @ Fireplace World
