One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Our wall mount fireplace was making a clicking sound after a year of operation. I contacted Fireplace Wholesale (whom we bought the unit from) regarding the issue. I was informed it was the spindle motor. After 8 weeks and at least 6 calls to Fireplace Wholesale I was given many excuses as to why the part had not arrived. Sorry to say my experience was not as nice in my eyes anyway. I was charged over 200.00 for 25 rocks to put in my fire place and the tray he spoke of which I thought the rocks were going to set in is just a shelf that runs along the back with 10 rocks lined up like soldiers. It is a joke to look at I am very embarrassed and disappointed. Plus another 165.00 to have someone set it up, and take the faux wood out. My total bill was 430.00. Brian and his team are amazing - fixed my old gas stove and educated me on the best practices for my wood burning stove. They’ve got the knowledge and expertise that you need for your fireplace, I’d highly recommend their services!
My husband and I are building a home in NV. The local fireplace supplier couldn't be bothered and told our builder he could not get our chimney pipe for 8 to 10 weeks, which would have delayed our build. We called Brian and he was very responsive. Brian made the extra effort to make some calls and was able to locate all of the pipe and additional parts we needed. Although we had to make two trips to ID, we were able to get all the chimney parts we needed in four weeks. Thanks for the extra effort Brian!
Working with Brian was an absolute pleasure. He guided me in the right direction and was the only company that could get me my stove in less than 8 weeks. He shipped it same day. Highly recommend!
