Fireplace Warehouse installed a gas insert in my condo in Silverthorne as part of a HOA wide project. What a cluster! The fireplace installation is not a quality job and to be honest, it looks like an amateur installed it. I had an independent contractor inspect it and he said it will not pass final inspection by the Summit County inspector. This company sold us a unit that exploded in my home. Our damages well exceed the price of the unit (health, installation, removal, testing), yet they refuse a refund. They have done nothing that shows they care about us. Too bad, so sad attitudes. Go somewhere else.
This business is by far the most disorganized, unprofessional, poorest customer service I have EVER experienced. Save yourself the extreme stress and stay away from this company!
From sales to site evaluation to install, everything was positive. They did an excellent job on my purchase and installation of a gas stove. They were very competitive in their price and provided professional installation.
