Poor communication - I ordered very expensive patio furniture in July of 2021 and while I am patient and understanding that manufacturing delays are outside of F&V's control, I have not been provided with a proper update as to the status of my furniture order which was expected in February of 2022. I've called several times and was told that they have "put in an email request for an update from the manufacturer" and never heard back from them again. Fireplace and Verandah is a great place. They were very knowledgeable and helped us to chose just the right unit for our fireplace project. We received our fireplace quickly and price was very competitive! We love our fireplace!
This lady who is complaining about her teak furniture is not being just. She called during our time that our store was closed for six weeks because of Covid. She said that she assumed that we were closed forever and called her credit card company and said that we were closed forever and that she wanted her money back and so The credit card company charged back her $7000.
